Given the uniqueness and exclusivity of our items, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We encourage customers to carefully inspect all listing photos before completing their purchase.

Condition of Items
Pre-loved items may show signs of wear or imperfections due to age. We do our best to provide clear descriptions and detailed photos of every item. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these items are sold "as-is".

Authenticity
At In Luck Luxe, we are entrupy verified- meaning we have access to the highest level of authentication technology available on the market today.  Each order placed through inluckluxe.com will include an entrupy certificate of authenticity. We guarantee the authenticity of all our designer pieces. Each item is inspected and verified for its origin. If you have any questions about a specific item's provenance or condition, please reach out to us before purchasing.

Shipping and Handling
All shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
